Who we are

Robotiques et Matériaux Rise Inc. ("Rise", "we", "us") is an industrial automation company headquartered at 150 rue Graveline, Saint-Laurent, Québec H4T 1R7, Canada. We build AI-powered factory intelligence tools for construction and manufacturing operations.

What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to operate this website and respond to inquiries:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and any message you choose to send via our contact form (processed by Formspree).
• Demo bookings — name, email address, and scheduling information collected via Cal.com when you book a demo call.
• Analytics — aggregate, anonymized traffic data via Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. No cross-site tracking.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, payment data, or any data from factory operations through this marketing website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule demo calls.
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you are a Québec resident, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@riseautomation.ca.

We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and demo booking records are retained for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is aggregate and non-personal — no retention limit applies.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
